Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences within the Information Systems department, ensuring adherence to institutional quality standards.
- Develop and update course syllabi, teaching materials, and assessment tools to align with current industry trends and academic requirements.
- Provide academic counseling and mentorship to students, supporting their professional development and career aspirations.
- Participate actively in department meetings, faculty workshops, and collaborative academic initiatives.
- Conduct research or scholarly activities to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the Information Systems field.
- Evaluate student performance through examinations, projects, and practical assignments with integrity and objectivity.
- Utilize digital learning management systems effectively to enhance classroom interaction and student engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree (S2) or Doctoral degree (S3) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related field from an accredited university.
- Proven experience in teaching at the higher education level, preferably in a technical or IT-focused discipline.
- Strong understanding of Information Systems architecture, database management, software development life cycles, and digital business trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse student groups.
- Strong commitment to continuous professional development and academic research.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and collaborative educational technologies.
- Possess a NIDN (Nomor Induk Dosen Nasional) is highly preferred.
