Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging lectures and facilitate discussions in undergraduate or graduate programs within your area of expertise.
- Develop and update course syllabi, curriculum materials, and assessment tools aligned with CHED standards.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students to support their professional and personal growth.
- Conduct high-quality research and publish findings in reputable journals.
- Participate in departmental meetings, faculty committees, and university-wide academic events.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty to promote interdisciplinary projects and community outreach programs.
- Monitor student performance, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a Doctorate Degree (PhD) in Political Science, Law, Legal Management, Sociology, or a closely related Social Science discipline.
- Proven record of teaching excellence at the tertiary level is highly preferred.
- Strong research portfolio with experience in academic publication.
- Excellent command of the English language and exceptional communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate technology into modern pedagogical practices.
- Must be a lifelong learner with a commitment to continuous professional development.
