Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver comprehensive curricula for undergraduate and/or graduate Mathematics and Science courses.
- Utilize innovative teaching methodologies, including blended learning and digital tools, to enhance student engagement.
- Supervise student research projects, theses, and laboratory activities with high academic rigor.
- Actively engage in scholarly research, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and present at academic conferences.
- Provide mentorship and academic advising to students to support their personal and professional growth.
- Collaborate with department heads and faculty members on curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
- Participate in university committees, accreditation efforts, and community extension programs.
Kualifikasi
- Must hold a Doctorate Degree (PhD) in Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a closely related field.
- Proven teaching experience at the tertiary or graduate level.
- Strong research portfolio with a history of peer-reviewed publications.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate technology into the classroom environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
- Commitment to the university's vision, mission, and core values.
- Willingness to undertake administrative and developmental projects as assigned.
