Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans and course materials for undergraduate and/or graduate psychology courses.
- Provide mentorship and academic advising to students to support their personal and professional growth.
- Conduct high-quality research and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals to contribute to the field of psychology.
- Participate in departmental meetings, faculty committees, and university-wide academic events.
- Stay current with pedagogical advancements and integrate technology to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to refine curricula and improve departmental academic standards.
- Support the administration in accreditation processes and compliance with institutional policies.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a Doctorate Degree (PhD) in Psychology or a closely related field.
- Registered Psychologist (RPm or RPsy) license in the Philippines is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching at the higher education level is strongly preferred.
- Strong background in psychological research with a track record of academic publication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse student body.
- Commitment to the values of service and excellence aligned with the Lyceum brand.
- Ability to work full-time and commit to the university's academic calendar.
