Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging lectures and practical demonstrations for undergraduate courses in Tourism Management.
- Develop, review, and update course syllabi and instructional materials to align with industry standards and CHED requirements.
- Assess student performance through examinations, research projects, and practical assessments, providing constructive feedback.
- Act as a mentor and academic advisor to students, supporting their career aspirations and personal development.
- Participate in departmental meetings, committee work, and university-wide academic initiatives.
- Conduct original research or creative projects for publication and presentation in academic and industry forums.
- Collaborate with industry partners to facilitate student internships and community extension programs.
- Maintain regular office hours to assist students with coursework and academic inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- A Master’s Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or a closely related field is required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in the tourism or hospitality industry.
- Previous experience in teaching or corporate training at the tertiary level is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and modern educational technology.
- Demonstrated commitment to research, professional development, and lifelong learning.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse academic team.
- A valid professional license (e.g., LPT) or industry certification (e.g., CTP) is an advantage.
