Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver engaging, industry-standard curriculum in multimedia arts, graphic design, and digital media production.
- Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students pursuing careers in the creative industries.
- Evaluate student progress through practical projects, portfolios, and creative assessments.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, design trends, and software advancements in the multimedia landscape.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to organize departmental events, workshops, and exhibitions.
- Maintain high academic standards while fostering an inclusive and innovative classroom environment.
- Participate in departmental research and community extension programs as required by the college.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of active professional experience in the multimedia, advertising, or creative production industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in at least one key area: UI/UX design, 3D animation, motion graphics, or video production.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex creative concepts to students.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a collaborative academic setting.
- Prior teaching experience in a tertiary institution is an advantage, though industry experts transitioning to academe are encouraged to apply.
