Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver high-quality instruction in Physical Education courses in accordance with CHED standards.
- Develop and update course syllabi, learning modules, and assessment tools to align with LPU's academic goals.
- Facilitate engaging classroom and laboratory experiences that promote physical literacy and wellness.
- Mentor students, providing academic guidance and career advice.
- Engage in scholarly research, publication, and community extension activities.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, committee work, and university-wide institutional projects.
- Utilize modern educational technology and blended learning platforms to enhance student participation.
Kualifikasi
- Doctoral Degree (PhD) in Physical Education, Physical Science, or a closely related field.
- Proven teaching experience at the tertiary level is highly preferred.
- Strong commitment to research excellence and potential for academic publication.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in current pedagogical trends and technology-integrated learning.
- Professional license (if applicable) is an advantage.
