Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver engaging undergraduate/graduate courses in Tourism, Flight Attendant training, Events Management, and Ticketing Systems
- Mentor students through academic advising, research supervision, and career development initiatives
- Conduct industry-aligned research and publish in peer-reviewed journals
- Collaborate with industry partners to develop practical training programs and internships
- Participate in curriculum design, accreditation processes, and departmental committees
- Organize industry workshops, guest lectures, and networking events
- Contribute to university initiatives promoting sustainability and innovation in tourism
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a closely related field (required)
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the university level
- Proven research record with publications in tourism or hospitality journals
- Industry experience in tourism operations, flight attendant training, or event management
- Strong proficiency in curriculum development and educational technology
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Certifications in tourism/hospitality management (e.g., CHT, CTE) preferred
- Proficiency in English and Filipino for instruction
