Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood development standards
- Create stimulating learning environments that promote exploration and discovery

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Valid professional teacher license (LET) with specialization in preschool education
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience in preschool or early childhood setting
- Strong knowledge of developmental psychology for 3-5 year olds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative lesson planning abilities with focus on play-based learning
- Proficiency in using educational technology and teaching aids
- Commitment to continuous professional development
