Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and troubleshoot PCBAs using advanced tools (microscopy, X-ray, electrical testing)
- Perform systematic failure analysis to identify root causes of product defects
- Document detailed technical reports with methodologies and corrective recommendations
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve recurring quality issues
- Implement preventive measures to reduce failure rates in manufacturing processes
- Validate engineering changes through rigorous testing protocols
- Maintain accurate quality records and analysis databases
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on PCB failure analysis experience
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, ESD-safe equipment)
- Strong knowledge of PCB fabrication processes and component-level repair
- Excellent documentation skills with technical report writing experience
- Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001) and root cause analysis methodologies
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
