Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct detailed failure analysis on semiconductor devices using microscopy, electrical testing, and material characterization techniques
- Lead root cause investigations for product failures and document findings in comprehensive technical reports
- Collaborate with design, process, and production teams to implement effective corrective actions
- Develop and maintain failure analysis methodologies and standard operating procedures
- Analyze failure trends to identify systemic issues and recommend process improvements
- Train team members on advanced failure analysis tools and techniques
- Support new product introduction by conducting reliability assessments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor failure analysis or manufacturing
- Proficiency in analytical tools including SEM, TEM, FIB, and X-ray inspection systems
- Demonstrated expertise in root cause analysis methodologies and problem-solving frameworks
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and quality control standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation
- Proactive team player with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
