Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct detailed failure analysis on electronic components and systems using microscopy, X-ray, and other diagnostic tools
- Prepare and analyze samples through cross-sectioning, decapsulation, and material characterization
- Document findings in detailed technical reports with root cause analysis and corrective recommendations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement preventive measures and quality improvements
- Maintain and calibrate analytical equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results
- Support product development teams by providing failure insights during design and testing phases
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- 1-3 years of experience in failure analysis, quality control, or manufacturing engineering
- Proficiency in using analytical tools such as SEM, X-ray, optical microscopy, and material testing equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Attention to detail and ability to document findings accurately in technical reports
- Familiarity with quality standards (ISO 9001, IPC-A-610) and reliability testing methods
- Good communication skills with ability to present technical findings to diverse stakeholders
