As an FA Technician, you will play a critical role in our quality assurance ecosystem. You will be responsible for investigating product defects, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in our production processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform physical and electrical failure analysis on returned or rejected laser/optical components.
- Operate specialized laboratory equipment, including microscopes, curve tracers, and X-ray inspection systems.
- Document analysis findings accurately in the quality management system to support engineering reports.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing and process engineering teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain laboratory equipment calibration and ensure a safe, clean working environment.
- Assist in developing new test procedures to improve the accuracy and speed of failure detection.
- Participate in daily production meetings to provide updates on current failure trends and quality bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Failure Analysis or Quality Control role, preferably within the semiconductor or optics industry.
- Proficiency in using precision test equipment (Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, etc.).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret technical schematics, datasheets, and engineering specifications.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) or quality management software (ISO standards) is highly preferred.
