In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of reliability.
As the FA Manager, you will oversee the investigation of media defects, championing the use of advanced analytical tools to identify patterns and implement systemic improvements. You will cultivate a culture of technical excellence, mentoring FA engineers and collaborating cross-functionally to drive significant product yields. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of Failure Analysis Engineers to conduct deep-dive investigations into media and product defects.
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures for FA workflows to increase operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Process Engineering, Design, and Manufacturing teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Manage the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment, including SEM, EDX, and optical microscopy tools.
- Generate comprehensive technical reports and present data-driven insights to senior stakeholders to drive product improvement.
- Oversee yield-improvement initiatives by translating FA findings into actionable engineering solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards within the laboratory environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Failure Analysis within the semiconductor, electronics, or storage media industry.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing technical teams or complex projects.
- Proficiency in analytical and diagnostic tools (SEM/EDX, FIB, CSAM, X-Ray, etc.).
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and product reliability testing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to bridge technical and business discussions.
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.
