Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and conduct comprehensive root cause analysis (RCA) for product failures across various stages of the manufacturing lifecycle.
- Develop and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurring issues and prevent future defects.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Production, and Quality Assurance teams to improve product designs and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Maintain and optimize the failure analysis laboratory, ensuring equipment is calibrated and analytical methodologies are up-to-date.
- Document detailed technical findings and present clear, actionable reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide training on quality standards, safety protocols, and analytical techniques.
- Monitor quality metrics and trends to identify potential risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Materials Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in failure analysis, quality engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), Six Sigma, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- Expertise in using microscopy, CAD software, and various failure analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to effectively translate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
