Pasona is currently seeking a highly skilled Failure Analysis Manager to spearhead our Hard Disk Drive (HDD) failure analysis operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in identifying complex defects, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring the highest standards of quality in a fast-paced medical manufacturing environment.
As the Failure Analysis Manager, you will leverage high-end analytical equipment to perform deep-dive diagnostics and root cause analysis. You will translate complex technical findings into actionable strategies that improve yield and reliability. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers in HDD failure analysis and diagnostic testing.
- Oversee the operation and calibration of high-end analytical tools and metrology equipment.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on product defects to identify manufacturing process gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional manufacturing and quality teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain strict compliance with medical manufacturing standards and documentation protocols.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and decrease failure rates.
- Prepare and present detailed technical reports to senior management regarding quality trends and performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Materials Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HDD failure analysis or high-precision manufacturing.
- Proven track record in a leadership or team management capacity.
- Expertise in utilizing analytical tools (SEM, EDX, X-Ray, etc.) for defect detection.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems relevant to medical device manufacturing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and managing team workflows effectively.
