- Perform detailed failure analysis on defective components using microscopy, SEM, and material testing techniques
- Investigate production line anomalies to identify root causes of failures and quality deviations
- Document findings through comprehensive technical reports with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures
- Develop and maintain failure analysis protocols and quality control procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven process optimization
- Train production staff on quality standards and failure prevention methods
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in failure analysis, quality control, or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in analytical tools including optical microscopy, SEM, and X-ray fluorescence
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex technical data
- Familiarity with quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and manufacturing processes
- Excellent documentation skills with attention to technical accuracy
- Strong communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
