Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement personalized family support plans based on individual needs
- Conduct home visits and family assessments to identify challenges and strengths
- Facilitate workshops and parent education sessions on child development
- Coordinate community resources and referrals for families requiring additional support
- Maintain confidential case records and documentation of family interactions
- Collaborate with teaching staff to align family support with educational goals
- Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to families in difficult situations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in family support or social services
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and family systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse populations
- Certification in counseling or family mediation preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other local language
