Join the dynamic team at Bounty Fresh Food Inc. as a Farm Electrical Engineer (Maintenance Officer/Staff). We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled professional to ensure the seamless operation of our agricultural infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our farm's power systems and essential utilities, playing a crucial part in maintaining peak operational efficiency and minimizing downtime.
Your primary focus will be on the maintenance and repair of farm systems, including electrical grids, motors, and irrigation mechanisms. You will conduct rigorous audits and perform preventive maintenance (PM) to identify potential issues before they escalate. Beyond standard electrical duties, you will handle basic plumbing tasks and strictly adhere to management directives to ensure a safe, productive, and reliable working environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine PMs on motors, pumps, and electrical systems to ensure optimal farm efficiency and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
- Execute Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, wiring issues, and farm equipment to minimize operational downtime.
- System Audits: Conduct regular inspections and audits of farm infrastructure to assess the condition of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Plumbing Support: Handle basic plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks to support overall farm operations.
- Compliance & Safety: Follow strict safety protocols and manager directives to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and repair logs.
- Directives Execution: Efficiently carry out specific directives from management regarding facility upkeep and energy management.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in farm maintenance, agricultural engineering, or facility maintenance roles.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, motors, and power distribution.
- Plumbing Knowledge: Basic plumbing skills and the ability to perform routine system checks.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform manual labor as required.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is an advantage for traveling between farm sites.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions clearly and communicate effectively with the maintenance team and management.
