This critical role drives operational excellence by overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of comprehensive maintenance programs for our swine farming infrastructure. You'll ensure all mechanical, electrical, and facility systems function at peak efficiency while upholding the highest standards of biosecurity and operational safety. As a key technical leader, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime, extend equipment lifespan, and maximize productivity across our agricultural operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise design, installation, and implementation of comprehensive maintenance programs for swine farm facilities and equipment
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical systems, electrical infrastructure, and environmental controls
- Lead and mentor maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards
- Diagnose equipment failures and coordinate repairs to minimize operational downtime
- Manage maintenance inventory, procurement, and budget allocation effectively
- Develop and maintain maintenance documentation including SOPs, inspection reports, and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and biosecurity protocols
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement facility improvement projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in farm maintenance, with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- Proven expertise in swine farm equipment and facility systems maintenance
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems in agricultural contexts
- Certification in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP) or equivalent technical training
- Advanced problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing maintenance budgets
- Familiarity with ISO standards and agricultural safety regulations
