You will execute scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment failures, and perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime. You will be expected to actively participate in maintaining our Halal, food safety, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO, HACCP, GMP). Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on farm equipment, machinery, and facilities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues to ensure minimal operational downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of farm structures, ventilation systems, feeding lines, and water supply systems.
- Document all maintenance activities, repair records, and parts inventory accurately.
- Ensure strict compliance with Halal, food safety, quality management, and environmental standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP).
- Report any deviations or potential hazards related to food safety and quality management systems to the designated authorities.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and procurement of parts.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and farm technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Vocational/Technical course in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (NC II / NC III certification is a plus).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a farm, feed mill, or food manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
- Proficient in troubleshooting electrical systems, motors, pumps, and HVAC equipment.
- Willing to work in Concepcion, Bulacan, and flexible with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Halal, HACCP, and GMP standards is a distinct advantage.
- With a valid driver's license (Restriction Code 1, 2, or 3) is preferred.
