Are you an experienced agricultural leader looking to make a significant impact in the poultry industry? Mitra Berlian Unggas is seeking a dedicated Farm Operations Manager - GP / PS to oversee our farm's critical lifecycle, from the initial brooding phase through to the laying stages. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to biosecurity protocols, maintaining high standards of animal welfare, and guaranteeing food safety compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operational management of GP (GP Layer) and PS (PS Layer) farms, ensuring seamless transitions from brooding to laying.
- Implement and enforce strict biosecurity measures to prevent disease outbreaks and protect flock health.
- Monitor animal welfare standards daily to ensure a stress-free and healthy environment for the poultry.
- Ensure all farming activities comply with Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) standards.
- Manage feed conversion ratios and optimize production targets in alignment with company SOPs.
- Supervise farm staff, conduct training sessions, and foster a culture of safety and productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics, mortality rates, and operational expenses.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in poultry farm management, specifically with GP or PS layers.
- Strong understanding of biosecurity principles, animal husbandry, and food safety regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large farm team.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Veterinary, Animal Science, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a rural, outdoor farm environment and adhere to rotational shifts if necessary.
- Proficiency in using farm management software and Microsoft Office applications.
