- Lead and coordinate daily park operations including facility management, guest services, and safety protocols
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance visitor experience and efficiency
- Manage cross-functional teams including maintenance, security, and guest relations staff
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate with wildlife management teams for seamless guest interaction experiences
- Handle emergency situations and operational disruptions effectively
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management for operational departments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in operations management, preferably in tourism, hospitality, or conservation parks
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in high-volume service environments
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and emergency management protocols
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with budget management and operational cost optimization
