Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily frozen shrimp processing operations
- Ensure all processing activities comply with food safety standards and regulations
- Train and guide processing team members on proper techniques and procedures
- Monitor product quality at all stages of processing
- Implement and maintain efficient workflow in the processing area
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly
- Prepare daily production reports and quality control documentation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, preferably with food processing or related technical education
- Previous experience in frozen seafood processing is highly desirable
- Proven leadership experience in a food production environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and quality control procedures
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Physical ability to work in a cold processing environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality excellence
