Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the culinary team in food preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly cleaned.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas at all times.
- Wash, peel, and prepare vegetables and herbs according to recipe requirements.
- Support inventory management for fresh produce and kitchen supplies.
- Ensure all food safety regulations and workplace safety protocols are followed strictly.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain a positive and efficient workflow.
- Assist in plating dishes and serving food to guests in a professional manner.
