Join One Food Group as a Farm Warehouse Administrator and become the backbone of our agricultural supply chain operations. This critical role requires meticulous coordination of warehouse activities, ensuring seamless flow of farm products from inventory to market. You'll manage complex supply logistics, conduct precise month-end inventory counts, implement rigorous expiration tracking protocols, and oversee egg sales operations—all while maintaining accurate SAP inventory transactions. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate warehouse order processing and supply chain logistics for perishable farm products
- Execute accurate monthly inventory counts and reconciliation processes
- Implement and monitor expiration date tracking systems for perishable goods
- Manage egg sales operations including inventory allocation and order fulfillment
- Perform SAP inventory transactions with precision and efficiency
- Optimize warehouse storage layouts and material handling workflows
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to ensure stock availability
- Maintain compliance with food safety and warehouse management standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Agriculture preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse administration or inventory control
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP inventory management systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of perishable goods handling and inventory rotation principles
- Experience with supply chain coordination in agricultural/food industry
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment
- Basic understanding of logistics and distribution networks
