In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our seasonal product assortment, bridging the gap between emerging fashion trends and our customers' desires.
As our Fashion Buyer, you will manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle—from identifying high-potential items to negotiating lucrative deals with top-tier suppliers. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our competitive edge by analyzing sales data and consumer behavior to maximize profitability and inventory turnover. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive buying strategies to achieve sales and margin targets.
- Conduct market research to identify upcoming fashion trends, competitor movements, and consumer preferences.
- Select and curate product assortments that align with brand identity and market demand.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with local and international suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Analyze sales performance data to inform future purchasing decisions and replenishment cycles.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with vendors and fashion houses.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion buying, retail merchandising, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Expert negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of fashion retail trends and local Indonesian market characteristics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retail management software (ERP/POS systems).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
