Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
As a Fashion Designer, you will be entrusted with the complete design lifecycle. This includes conducting in-depth research on emerging trends, translating concepts into data-driven designs, and meticulously managing the sampling process. You will work closely with the production team to ensure every piece meets our exacting standards of craftsmanship and commercial viability.

Tanggung Jawab
- Research and analyze global fashion trends, colors, and fabrics to develop seasonal mood boards and concepts.
- Create detailed design sketches, flat drawings, and CADs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Select fabrics, trims, and embellishments, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards are met.
- Prepare comprehensive tech packs for outsourced production or in-house sampling teams.
- Collaborate with the pattern maker and sample machinist to refine fit, construction, and silhouette.
- Present design ideas and collection progress to the Creative Director and incorporate feedback seamlessly.
- Monitor sample development and production timelines to ensure strict adherence to the critical path.
- Partner with the merchandising and buying teams to align design concepts with market demand and sales strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in fashion design, with a strong focus on apparel.
- Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating excellent sketching, garment construction, and textile knowledge.
- In-depth knowledge of pattern making, draping, and various garment manufacturing techniques.
- Strong ability to forecast trends and translate them into commercially viable designs.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; strong verbal and written communication skills.
