Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute seasonal fashion collections that align with brand identity and market trends.
- Create original sketches and technical design packs, including detailed measurements and fabric specifications.
- Collaborate with the pattern-making and production teams to ensure design integrity and garment fit.
- Source and select high-quality fabrics, trims, and embellishments suitable for seasonal themes.
- Conduct thorough trend research and competitor analysis to keep our offerings competitive.
- Prepare mood boards and color palettes for upcoming fashion cycles.
- Participate in fitting sessions to refine silhouettes and ensure construction standards are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Fashion Designer or Assistant Designer within a recognized fashion brand.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and garment construction software.
- Deep understanding of textiles, garment manufacturing processes, and fabric properties.
- Excellent aesthetic sense with the ability to translate conceptual ideas into technical drawings.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and technical proficiency.
