Mirae Asia Pasifik is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will be the creative bridge between abstract ideas and tangible fashion statements, managing the entire design lifecycle from initial sketches to the final production sample.

Tanggung Jawab
- Translate conceptual briefs into detailed fashion sketches and mood boards.
- Create precise technical drawings (tech packs) to guide the production process.
- Source and select appropriate materials, fabrics, and trims that align with design concepts.
- Oversee the fitting process to ensure design integrity and garment comfort.
- Coordinate with sample makers and production teams to execute high-quality prototypes.
- Conduct trend research to ensure designs remain competitive and relevant.
- Manage adjustments to samples based on feedback and production limitations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fashion design (experience in mass production is a plus).
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLO 3D or similar.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and fabric properties.
- Exceptional artistic and sketching skills with a strong sense of color and silhouette.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
