Tanggung Jawab
- Design original fashion collections aligned with brand identity and market trends
- Create technical sketches, patterns, and prototypes for new garments
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure design feasibility
- Research and analyze fashion trends, materials, and color palettes
- Develop mood boards and design presentations for stakeholder review
- Coordinate with marketing teams on campaign styling and visual concepts
- Maintain accurate design documentation and sample management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
- 3+ years of professional fashion design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating original design concepts
- Knowledge of garment construction and pattern-making
- Excellent sketching and technical drawing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Understanding of Indonesian and international fashion markets
