As a key member of our design department, you will drive the visual identity of our collections and ensure that every piece reflects our commitment to quality and elegance. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to develop innovative product concepts that align with consumer preferences.
- Create detailed sketches, 3D renderings, and technical drawings using industry-standard software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
- Select appropriate materials, colors, and textures to ensure product durability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
- Collaborate closely with the production team and suppliers to ensure design feasibility and quality control during the manufacturing process.
- Develop and present compelling design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and management for approval.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
- Stay updated on global fashion and furniture design trends to keep Ardent Furniture at the forefront of the industry.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product design, preferably within the furniture or home decor industry.
- A strong, professional portfolio showcasing sketching skills and digital design capabilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and CAD software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for sustainability and an understanding of eco-friendly design practices.
