Tanggung Jawab
- Develop seasonal fashion concepts, sketches, and detailed technical packs for new clothing lines.
- Research current and upcoming fashion trends, textiles, and color palettes to stay ahead of market demands.
- Collaborate with the pattern-making and production teams to ensure accurate sample creation and fit.
- Source appropriate fabrics, trims, and materials that balance aesthetics with cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor the production process to ensure the final product aligns with design specifications and quality standards.
- Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments to silhouettes and details.
- Maintain an organized library of design assets, fabric swatches, and trend research materials.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in fashion design (experience in retail fashion is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and CAD software.
- Solid knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and fabric properties.
- Creative portfolio demonstrating a unique design aesthetic and technical capability.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills to meet seasonal deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
