Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth trend research and analysis to identify emerging fashion patterns and consumer preferences.
- Develop original design concepts, sketches, and tech packs for seasonal collections.
- Collaborate closely with the merchandising and production teams to ensure design feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
- Select high-quality fabrics, trims, and materials that align with brand aesthetics and durability standards.
- Oversee the garment fitting process and provide constructive feedback to pattern makers and sample sewers.
- Maintain a high standard of quality control across all production stages.
- Present design proposals and mood boards to stakeholders and management teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related creative field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in fashion design, preferably within a commercial brand.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and garment design software (e.g., CLO3D or Marvelous Designer).
- Strong understanding of fabric construction, garment assembly, and mass production techniques.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing a versatile design aesthetic and technical drawing skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines without compromising on design quality.
