Tanggung Jawab
- Develop innovative fashion concepts aligned with brand identity and market trends
- Create technical sketches, digital illustrations, and mood boards for collections
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure design feasibility and quality execution
- Conduct trend analysis and market research to inform design decisions
- Source and select appropriate textiles, materials, and trims for designs
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively
- Oversee sample development and ensure alignment with design specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional fashion design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design capabilities
- Deep understanding of textile properties and garment construction
- Excellent sketching and technical drawing skills
