Tanggung Jawab
- Design children's apparel collections featuring licensed characters (Disney, Marvel, Pixar)
- Develop detailed tech packs and specifications for production teams
- Create mood boards, sketches, and digital prototypes for new collections
- Collaborate with sourcing teams on material selection and cost optimization
- Conduct market research to identify emerging children's fashion trends
- Ensure designs comply with safety standards and quality requirements
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively
- Coordinate with pattern makers and sample rooms for accurate garment realization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
- 2+ years experience in children's apparel design
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating children's fashion expertise
- Knowledge of textile materials and production processes
- Understanding of international licensing requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
