Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement data-driven merchandising strategies aligned with sales targets and market trends
- Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and customer behavior to optimize product assortment

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion retail or merchandising role

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with suppliers and cross-functional teams
