Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to optimize product assortment.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop seasonal collections that align with brand identity.
- Manage inventory levels and replenishment to ensure product availability across all channels.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely production and quality control.
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to drive product visibility and sales growth.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, sell-through rates, and stock turnover.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Maximum 29 years old.
- Deep passion for the fashion industry and strong aesthetic sense.
- Solid understanding of retail math and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
