Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to reflect the store's unique brand identity.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system while ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their fashion needs and style preferences.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, organization, and floor displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and requests with professionalism and brand enthusiasm.
- Support promotional events and marketing initiatives within the concept store.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion, apparel, or luxury menswear.
- A deep passion for contemporary fashion and a keen eye for styling and current trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of customers.
- Friendly, approachable, and self-motivated personality with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and retail inventory management software.
- Well-groomed appearance that reflects the aesthetic of our concept brand.
- Fluent in Indonesian; English language proficiency is highly advantageous for our Bali location.
