In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our brand's visual identity, curating looks for photoshoots, digital campaigns, and social media content.
The ideal candidate is someone who stays ahead of global fashion trends, understands garment construction, and possesses the technical ability to translate brand concepts into high-impact visuals. You will collaborate closely with photographers, art directors, and the marketing team to ensure every detail reflects the high standards of our company.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute creative styling concepts for seasonal campaigns, e-commerce product launches, and social media content.
- Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends, color palettes, and styling techniques to maintain a fresh, modern aesthetic.
- Coordinate with the photography and creative teams to manage wardrobe logistics, including sourcing, steaming, and organizing outfits.
- Conduct garment research and procurement from various brands or vendors to ensure the best fit for specific briefs.
- Direct models on poses and movements during photoshoots to highlight the best features of the clothing.
- Monitor and manage the styling budget and inventory of clothing/accessories efficiently.
- Provide trend forecasts and styling advice to the marketing team to support product positioning strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fashion Stylist, preferably within a commercial, e-commerce, or advertising setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of styling work and creative vision.
- Deep understanding of fashion history, textiles, and current industry trends.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts effectively.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools for mood board creation and project planning.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment in Jakarta Barat.
