Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in garment production or textile manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of fabric sourcing, dyeing, and finishing processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
