PT Dwi Martha Jaya is a premier construction contractor dedicated to delivering integrated solutions in structural, architectural, MEP, and interior projects. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FAT (Finance, Accounting, and Tax) & Administration Manager to join our leadership team in Surabaya.
As the FAT & Administration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our construction projects. You will oversee the end-to-end financial reporting, tax compliance, and administrative workflows, ensuring that our project-based operations remain profitable and compliant with regulatory standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections specifically for construction project lifecycles.
- Oversee the full-cycle accounting process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.) and coordinate with external auditors or tax consultants.
- Manage administrative departments to ensure efficient document control, procurement support, and office operations.
- Coordinate with Project Managers to monitor project costs, budget variances, and profitability against project contracts.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks across all company departments.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for senior management and stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA/M.Ak) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Admin management, preferably within the construction or contracting industry.
- Proficiency in Indonesian Tax Laws (Brevet A/B certification is highly preferred).
- Strong command of ERP systems or project-based accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional administrative teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
