We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FAT (Finance, Accounting & Tax) Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial health and regulatory compliance of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of financial reporting standards, tax regulations in Indonesia, and strategic accounting practices.
As the Assistant Manager, you will oversee daily accounting operations, lead the month-end closing process, and provide actionable financial insights to management. You will work closely with external auditors and tax authorities, ensuring all filings are accurate and timely. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full cycle of accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Manage the end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian Tax Regulations (PPh, PPN, PPh 21/23/26) and handle tax reporting and filings.
- Supervise, mentor, and lead the finance team to maintain high standards of productivity and accuracy.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
- Prepare periodic financial statements, budget variances, and cash flow forecasts for senior management.
- Optimize internal financial controls and improve accounting systems/processes to increase operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (Brevet A/B, CPA, or CA) is a significant advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (UU PPh & PPN) and PSAK (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan).
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or Accurate) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into business strategies.
- Excellent command of both Indonesian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
