We are seeking an experienced and strategic FAT Head (Finance, Accounting, Tax) to join the dynamic team at Pelabuhan Tegar Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end financial management and acting as a key strategic finance business partner to the executive management team. You will oversee financial planning, control, and reporting, ensuring the organization's financial health aligns with its strategic goals.
As a leader in our finance department, you will drive process improvements, ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, and provide insightful financial analysis to support critical business decisions. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end financial management process, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Oversee the Accounting and Tax functions, ensuring strict compliance with Indonesian financial and tax regulations.
- Act as a strategic finance business partner to management, providing actionable insights to drive profitability and growth.
- Manage financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead the internal audit and control processes to mitigate financial risks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and optimize financial policies and procedures to support the company's scaling objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) Head or equivalent senior financial leadership role (minimum 5-7 years).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax laws (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficient in financial systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on strategic problem-solving.
