In this critical role, you will act as the backbone of our Finance, Administration, Tax, and Procurement (FATP) functions.

As an FATP Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of our operations. You will be responsible for streamlining procurement processes, ensuring meticulous tax compliance, and providing accurate financial reports that support strategic decision-making. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships effectively. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end procurement administration, including vendor coordination and documentation.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management review.
  • Ensure full tax compliance by preparing tax filings and monitoring regulatory updates.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to streamline operational workflows and resource allocation.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of company assets, expenses, and procurement contracts.
  • Monitor and track budget utilization to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding financial and administrative inquiries.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar FATP or administrative support role.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (e.g., PPh, PPN).
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
