- Oversee the daily fault management operations of the MRT7 system to ensure compliance with operational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor real-time system faults and alarms, prioritize responses, and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain fault management procedures, escalation protocols, and reporting mechanisms.
- Analyze fault trends and root causes to implement corrective and preventive actions that enhance system reliability.
- Lead and mentor a team of fault management specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management, highlighting key metrics, incidents, and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and safety teams to align fault management processes with overall system optimization.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance fault detection and response capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in fault management, operations supervision, or system reliability roles, preferably in transportation or infrastructure.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop technical staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in root cause analysis and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting.
- Familiarity with SCADA, alarm management, or railway signaling systems is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Philippine transportation regulations and safety standards is an advantage.
- Certification in ITIL, Six Sigma, or related frameworks is a plus.
