As an FB Attendant, you play a crucial role in ensuring our guests feel welcome and satisfied from the moment they arrive until they leave. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a smooth flow of the dining area.
- Assist servers with taking orders, serving food and beverages, and clearing tables.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Adhere to all hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Support promotional events and special functions as needed.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a strong advantage.
