Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily F&B outlet operations to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate the service staff to maintain high performance and brand standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen and purchasing departments to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure a positive brand image.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all F&B areas.
- Prepare operational reports, including sales tracking and staff scheduling, as required by management.
- Coordinate with the events team to ensure the successful execution of banquets and special dining occasions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an F&B supervisory role within a reputable hotel or restaurant.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Deep understanding of F&B service standards, POS systems, and inventory management.
- Energetic, proactive, and a hands-on problem solver.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is highly preferred.
