Join Siltronic as an FCMS Technician and become a vital part of our advanced manufacturing operations. This critical role involves maintaining and optimizing complex facilities systems including cooling/heating, compressed air, cleanroom environments, and ACMV systems. You'll ensure operational continuity by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical components, and implementing reliability-centered maintenance strategies. Your expertise will directly support semiconductor production precision while adhering to strict safety protocols and industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on cooling/heating systems, compressed air equipment, and cleanroom/non-cleanroom ACMV systems
- Diagnose and resolve electrical/mechanical faults in facility infrastructure using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Conduct system inspections, calibration, and performance monitoring to ensure optimal functionality
- Execute maintenance work orders with precision while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards
- Document maintenance activities, equipment status, and performance metrics in CMMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support facility upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
- Respond to emergency breakdowns during 12-hour shifts to minimize production downtime
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Facilities Management
- Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in semiconductor or cleanroom environments
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/ACMV systems, compressed air systems, and electrical control circuits
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
- Valid electrical/mechanical work permits and relevant safety certifications
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts and stand-by duties
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precision
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance methodologies
