Micron Semiconductors is seeking a talented Front‑End Central Product Integration Engineering (CPIE) Engineer / Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you will be at the forefront of integrating next‑generation DRAM and NAND memory products, leveraging your deep process expertise to drive yield improvements and accelerate time‑to‑market.
You will collaborate closely with process development, device engineering, and manufacturing teams to define integration strategies, identify critical yield limiters, and implement corrective actions. Your analytical mindset and hands‑on approach will help translate cutting‑edge process innovations into high‑volume production, ensuring our products meet the highest performance and reliability standards.
Key responsibilities include designing and optimizing integration flows, conducting data‑driven root‑cause analysis, and leading cross‑functional improvement projects. You will also mentor junior engineers, contribute to technology transfer activities, and represent the engineering function in internal and external audits.

- Lead the definition and execution of product integration strategies for DRAM/NAND modules, ensuring alignment with process and device targets.
- Drive yield enhancement initiatives by performing statistical analysis, identifying yield limiters, and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (process development, device engineering, test, and manufacturing) to resolve integration issues and accelerate technology readiness.
- Develop and maintain integration documentation, process flows, and specifications to support technology transfer and high‑volume production.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on integration best practices and problem‑solving methodologies.
- Participate in design‑for‑manufacturability reviews and contribute to the optimization of process windows and product margins.
- Represent the engineering function in internal audits, customer visits, and external certification processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years (Senior: 6+ years) of experience in semiconductor process integration, preferably with DRAM or NAND technologies.
- Proven track record of driving yield improvements and managing cross‑functional projects in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab) and data visualization.
- Experience with semiconductor process modules such as lithography, etch, deposition, and CMP is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of influencing decisions across functional boundaries.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, SEMI) and a commitment to continuous improvement.
